All sales are final, absolutely NO REFUNDS. We don’t offer refunds because our premade stores are first come first serve and once a customer has purchased a store they will have access to all the credentials and we will not risk putting that store back on the marketplace. If we are to make an exception there will be a minimum fee of $100 to relist the store.
We don't guarantee you will or won't make sales, but if you have a good marketing plan and strategy you can easily make sales with any of our premade stores.

After you buy a store you will need to upgrade to a paid plan and add your billing and shipping information and you'll be good to go! If you're selling outside the US you will have to change your currency from US dollar to your current country currency.

We source most products for our stores using AliExpress. If not using a US supplier average shipping times which used to be 12-20 days are now around 30-50 days. If you'd like faster shipping you can use amazon dropshipping apps and source products from amazon.
No we do not. In the future we may allow users to list their own stores for a small fee but those stores would have to meet our quality standards before being approved.
